Como vemos se utiliza para hacer preguntas y también vemos su significado en español para saber que preguntar

example:

• What is your name?   =   ¿Cuál es tu nombre?
• Who is this?               =    ¿ Quién es?
• Where is my dog?      =    ¿Dónde esta mi perro?
• Whose is this book?   =    ¿De quién es este libro?
• Why are you sad?      =     ¿ Porqué estas triste?
• When is the class?     =     ¿Cuando es la clase?

Después de haber observado y entendido el vídeo lo pondremos en practica
